And He's Off!

Today was the big day! We could not be more proud of Jarom for his decision to serve and for the incredible young man he is! I'm sure the next few weeks will be amazing for him as he studies and learns at the Missionary Training Center in Provo, UT preparing to take NYC by storm! I'll be posting his emails here, but he LOVES letters so if you have a minute to write, it would be a huge comfort to him as he adjusts to his new life.

There are a couple of cool companies online that you can send letters to missionaries in the MTC for free or send care packages. Dearelder.com is great for letters, you just type up what you want to send and they will print it and put it in an envelope and deliver it for free. They also have a treat delivery service but it's pretty pricey.
For treat deliveries, the best bet is mtcdelivery.com. They have fun stuff that they deliver same day if you order by a certain time.

    What an adventure! I'm proud of him too. He's on our list of missionary nephews to pray for each night...Time for some nieces to step up... perhaps?

    Good luck w your Brooklynese lessons. Hope you learn to accept your alarm as a dear friend waking you up at 6 to take advantage of each wonderful day- haha. I do know you're going to do great and study hard and pass all your subway etiquette lessons. Love, Dad
